① Daolvision Co., Ltd. (Booking-Pro) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws to protect the freedoms and rights of information subjects, and handles and manages personal information lawfully and safely. In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, this Personal Information Processing Policy is established and disclosed to inform information subjects of the procedures and standards regarding the processing and protection of personal information, and to ensure the prompt and smooth handling of related grievances.
② This policy applies to personal information collected through the reservation platform (Booking-Pro) operated by Daolvision Co., Ltd. The platform collects and uses personal information for the purpose of handling reservation-related tasks consigned at the request of accommodations such as hotels.

Article 1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information, Items Processed, and Retention and Use Period
① Daolvision Co., Ltd. (Booking-Pro) processes and retains personal information for the following purposes, within the retention and use period agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection or as permitted by law. The personal information will not be used for purposes other than those specified below. If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures—such as obtaining separate consent—will be taken in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
② However, in the following cases, personal information may be retained until the relevant reason no longer applies:
1. If an investigation or inquiry is underway due to a violation of relevant laws, the information shall be retained until the investigation or legal proceedings are concluded.
2. If there are outstanding claims or debts related to the use of services provided by Daolvision Co., Ltd. (Booking-Pro), the information shall be retained until such obligations are fully resolved.

② A Right Event may be exercised by submitting a request to Daolvision Co., Ltd. (Booking-Pro) in writing, by phone, email, or fax, in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act.
③ A Right Event may be exercised by the legal representative of the information subject or by a delegated individual. In such cases, a power of attorney must be submitted using Form No. 11 of the “Notice on Personal Information Processing.”
④ The information subject’s right to request access to or suspension of personal information may be restricted in accordance with Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ If the collection of personal information is required by other laws, the information subject may not request its deletion.
